Where can your coaches travel?
Our fleet travels to all fifty states in the
continental U.S. and into Canada. |

Do you offer tours?
Quick’s Bus Company does not arrange
tours, accommodations or meals. However, if you require assistance
structuring a trip or making such arrangements, please contact
our partner tour company, Shenandoah

How do we pay for our charter?
Do you require a deposit? We accept cash, check
or major credit cards as payment. Normally no deposit is necessary,
but occasionally one may be required for a particular charter. |

What does our price include?
The fee covers the trip, tolls, fuel and
other incidentals incurred during transportation. While our
drivers do appreciate a gratuity, it is entirely optional
and not included in your quoted price. Drivers’ accommodations
on overnight trips should be prearranged with Quick’s
Bus. Any costs associated with tours including tickets, admission,
food, etc. is not included.

What features do your coaches
have?
What is the capacity of your coaches? Quick’s
Bus offers both 47 and 55 passenger motorcoaches for charter,
equipped with VCRs, reclining seats, climate control and footrests.

Do you offer lift-equipped/handicapped
coaches?
Yes, we currently have 4 of these coaches available.
However, seating capacity is affected when the buses are outfitted
for handicapped use. Talk to our staff about your needs when
chartering your trip as prior notice is necessary to configure
the motorcoach before a trip. |

How much should we tip the driver?
Tipping is completely at the group’s
discretion and only is the driver was professional and courteous. |

How do you estimate travel
times?
Our knowledgeable staff reviews your itinerary and analyzes
the mileage, terrain and traffic patterns associated with
the travel route to estimate travel time, taking into account
Department of Transportation laws regarding motorcoach operation.

Can we eat and drink on your
coaches?
Yes, eating and drinking is permitted within reason. We count
on our groups to leave our motorcoaches in good shape for the
next customer. |

Can you smoke on the coach?
That is a decision that Quick’s Bus leaves up to both
the driver and the group coordinator. Again, we count on our
customers to use our equipment responsibly and prevent any damage
to our equipment. |

Do your vehicles carry communications?
Every motorcoach is equipped with CB radios and cell phones
for the drivers. Also, our Fredericksburg offices have two-way
communication capabilities with drivers in Northern Virginia
and Washington, D.C. |

How old is your equipment?
The equipment in our fleet ranges from buses purchased in 2002
to those made in 1979. Older buses have been completely refurbished
and brought up to modern standards where necessary. For more

Who do I call after office hours?
In case of breakdowns, drivers will call the 24-hour dutybeeper
manned by our staff. If necessary, other arrangements can be
made with office personnel as you arrange your charter. |

Where do we load our motorcoach?
Quick’s Bus can meet your group for loading wherever they
desire, as long as permission has been obtained from the property
owner. |
