We are very flexible about changes in itinerary and cancellations, and don’t charge for late cancellations unless the bus has left the garage. Our staff is happy to assist you with routing your adventure relying on our drivers’ expertise and our professional computer programs. Of course, we will use any safe routing requested by the group leader. Some Things to Consider As You Charter A Bus….
First, make a list of your group’s needs. Be sure to include details about how many people will be traveling, your destinations, the level of luxury you desire, and the need for in-route entertainment (ie. VCRs, tour guides) to keep your group happy. For handicapped passengers, Quick’s Bus offers motorcoaches with lifts and removed seats, but they should be reserved for your group ahead of time.
